I attempted cardio 2 today, but I'm getting bad cramps in my feet? WTH? I stopped after the first set and relaxed, tried the 2nd set, had to stop again.....maybe more stretching instead of leaping into it? Any suggestions?

No suggestions really but it seems like a couple of nights a month, my feet won't stop cramping during my workouts. it's so frustrating! maybe we need more potassium?0

it could also be your shoes. i get cramps in the back of my legs after workouts if i wear crappy shoes.0

I get that on the outside of only one foot but I sprained that ankle something awful in October. I thought it was from that because the other foot is fine.0

I agree with both the shoes & potassium. I noticed last summer that my legs would cramp or get real noodlely (is noodlely a word?) Anyways, it was suggested that I make sure I'm well hydrated and getting enough potassium. However, I hate hate hate bananas (did I mention I hate them?) So I take a potassium supplement and I noticed a difference. And shoes with good arch support are essential, especially with all the jumping.0

Thanks! I was kinda dumbfounded by what happened, since I didn't have issues in the first phase! I may tackle it again later today after #5.0
