30DS---Starting 3/26

I'm looking for others who started 30DS yesterday. I thought the workout was difficult at some times, and too easy at others. Today I'll use 3 and 5 lb weights instead of just 3lbs. 3 was just way too easy on the bicep curls and chest flies. My booty is certainly sore today though!

    I started on Saturday. I use 3 and 5 lb weights too! Some exercises I would easily do the 5 but others had to use a 3!

    My first 3 days I was pretty sore. Now on day 4, I'm feelin pretty good!
  • Today is day 3 for me and I'll work it when I get home from work. I'm pretty sore today, but I love muscles soreness! It's a good kind of hurt.

    Yesterda used 5lbs for flies and curls. Still a little too light for me to be honest. I'll have to see if I can find any 8lbs dumbbells at home tonight and give that a try.

    My shoulders are prob the most difficult for me because they're so weak. They go in and out of joint so easily. Strengthening them will help, but for now I have to stick to the 3lbs for that. And even 3lbs is difficult!

    Are you going to so all 30 days straight? I might have to take a day off every other week just because I'm not home to do it.
