Has anyone done two rounds in a row? I am curious if I should switch up or do another round in a month when I finish Push. Any input is appreciated.

What do you mean...do burn twice then push twice then lean twice...or do the whole thing back to back???

I meant do the whole thing back to back. Sorry for the confusion.

I'm planning to do the whole thing as directed. This is my last week of burn and even upping my weights it's starting to feel "easy" so I can't wait to push my self in the PUSH phase.

I just about to finish my first cycle, although I've only been doing the resistance circuits. (ie not the abs, cardio or stretchy DVDs). I'm thinking about leaving it a week or so and then starting again and trying to up my weights. I know when I started Burn, I was quite conservative with my weights until about week 3, and I was also getting used to using the resistance bands. So I would like to go through it again and be more confident about upping my weights.

I completed a round and now I'm following her Lean for life schedule. Although, I switch it up every 2 weeks instead of 4.

You basically do one burn, push, and lean circuit per week.

Today is Day 3 on PUSH Circuit. I'm trying to keep my weights within 5lbs or on par with Chalean...OUCH! Talk about slow burn.
