Adjust Calories?

Hello everyone, I hope that you're all having good results. I set my profile to lose 2 pounds a week. The first week I lost 5, 2 the second week and 4.6 this week.....How long should I wait to adjust my calories so I'm not losing to much in a week?

I am not an expert. I am adjusting my intake portion as well. I felt cold during evening and realize it might be the result of eating enough calories. Now I eat a little more for lunch, like adding one piece bread or one tbsp peanut butter.0

what is your calorie intake to lose that much in a week?? im curious bc i feel like ive stalled and need to kick it back up!0

I eat 2460 calories per day plus the extra on workout days. I was thinking about raising it by 100 calories until I get a steady 2 pounds per week lost.0

I think it's pretty normal to fluctuate sometime but i would just keep an eye on it. Men typically lose at a faster rate anyhow0
