Challenge suggestions?

Anyone have a fun suggestion for a challenge this week? I am trying to up the incline on the treadmill while completing a 30 minute walk. It is amazing how many more calories you burn when you increase the incline.

    Seems so easy yet every time I challenge myself to do it I lose.
