    Today's weigh-in was 235.4, up some from last week. Did some heavy lifting last night and muscles could be holding fluid.

    I'm ok with it, I'm gonna see the weight drop soon.

    3/22: 236 -- Looks like I could make 1/2 my goal. I'll try to make 8 though, and if I hit 6, we'll just take it and be happy it was a loss.

    Plateau has been reached. Goal has not. -4.8 lbs this month... I worked too damn hard for that to be true. But it is and theres nothing I can do about it now. :explode:

    My goal was 256, so I missed it by a pound. March 1 - March 31 was only a 9 lb. loss, but February 29 - March 31 was 11, so I'll be happy with that for this month.

    So, of course, just like last month I missed my month end goal and then hit it the next morning. Geesh! Lol. Weight this morning was 256.
