Should I burn more calories or not?

Ok so my goal is 2150 calories, my BMR is 1635. So I can burn 515, I ran today and burned 433, I was going to do shred too, but I'll go under my BMR. So what's better? Also I'm out of town tomorrow so no exercise.

If you burn below your BMR, you have to eat back enough to at least net your BMR.

    Exactly!

Eat enough to net BMR if you are going to workout again.

When I first started I had a hard time doing that, but now, I am soooo used to and loving eating...I have started back doing my zumba and because I have no problem netting BMR. Man, sometimes I net my cut because I am starving after a heavy lift. I believe we should just listen to our bodies.
