I'll start since I'm really excited to get this out there...
Lost 3.2 lbs last week!
But I think I was dehydrated, so I am really just hoping to maintain this week.

I was at 153.2 and weighed in at 151!!0

I was bad last week and didn't exercise nor did I stick to keto that well, but I'm back on it and it's showing. Phew!
