I don't remember where I heard this or read it, but it makes sense. "You have to set goals, because if you don't, it's too easy to fall backwards".

    I like the idea of making small att:tongue: ainable goals instead of looking at the whole thing at once. too overwhelming.

    It seems to me that you would have to set a goal in order to succeed. If you don't set a goal what it there to attain?
