Hi my name is Katie. I am almost 37 year old single mom of a 9 year old daughter Rylee. my E.D. is undereating in my calories and binge eating on the carbs and dairy. as well as not getting enough fruits, veggies and water. I have battled this since age 9. I hope to make many friends and have the spport I need on my jounrey

    thank you. it will be nice to have friends that understand about eating disorders so you don't feel by yourself

    Another Welcome Kate. We are all in this together. We have learned a lot about this through speaking freely about our feelings and actions. This is probably the first place I have even done that before and it does help.
