Just curious if anyone is seeing results yet. We are on Day 2 of Week 3 and I definitely feel an improvement in my endurance. I'm still dripping sweat and gasping for air through the workouts, lol, but at least I can finish the warm-up now without pausing and coming back ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
I have been taking weekly pictures too for motivation and I see just a teeny bit of a difference!

I am on day 4 of week 3 and in a week I am down an inch off my waist, my thighs, and 1.5 inches off my hips!0

Scale and taping, have you noticed a difference? My husband has only lost 4-5 lbs and nada on the taping. We are starting week 4 today...0 -
I don't do the taping, just the scale. I've lost 7 pounds, I'm on week 3 day 2. But everyone is noticing changes on me, even I have. Maybe I should start taping to be more accurate.Thanks.0
