    not going to do an exercise challenge, but will continue to do my regular workout routine and want to work on up-ing my ab routine and kettlebell routines!! cant wait to get started!! good luck everyone!!

    HI, I'm Sharon.

    I'll be doing the Challenger exercises and the serious commitment (130 miles) walking challenge.

    My starting weight is 133. End goal 120.......which is quite a goal, considering I've stayed stagnant since Christmas!!! But this should kick me back into committed and consistent with the exercising! Thanks, Teresa, for all the work you have put into this!

    Wow!! Look at YOU!! You know that we don't really "officially" start until Monday - right?? Just wantd to make sure that you knew that. I'll send you a message tonight about posting your stats on the Google Docs spreadsheet as well as here.

    THERE IS ONE MORE THING THAT I NEED EVERYONE TO DO BEFORE WE GO "LIVE" ON MONDAY MORNING....... :noway:

    I am working to get everybody on a "TEAM" for the challenges, and the only reason that I haven't posted the teams yet is that I am still waiting on approx. 30 people who signed up for this challenge to post on this thread and give me the following information:

    1) STARTING WEIGHT,
    2) CHALLENGE LEVEL COMMITMENT, and
    3) WHICH WALKING AND/OR RUNNING CHALLENGE THEY ARE GOING TO DO.

    Below are the Team Captains, and the list of who is on each team and the link to that Team's Google Doc Spreadsheet for you to post your own points.

    PLEASE BE SURE TO SAVE YOUR LINK TO YOUR GOOGLE DOC TEAM SPREADSHEET.
    YOU WILL NEED TO POST YOUR POINTS TO THIS SPREADSHEET EVERYDAY THAT YOU EXERCISE.

    You will notice if you hover over a cell in the left hand column, you will get a pop up box that will explain what goes in that cell.

    PLEASE DO NOT TYPE ANYTHING INTO ANY ROWS OR COLUMNS THAT ARE COLORED - these contain formulas and you will erase the formula if you do so. Please let myself or your TEAM CAPTAIN know if you have any questions using the spreadsheet.

    Question--will we enter our results every day on the weekly thread AND the google doc?

    Also--I am planning to do the "Bridge to 5k" challenge, which is 3 timed workouts per week. Do I enter that I completed the workout, or how many miles I ran? Do I log other walking or running I do besides the Bridge to 10k workouts?
