    Oh no i'll have a look how to make it viewable now!!! EDIT: When I log out the link works for me! It might just be because I was editing it. Try it now.

    Popped you on already :D I think it will be interesting to see how much weight and how fast people of a similar build are losing!

    No doubt about you getting into 140s this month!!! And no problem, it's a nice distraction from my essay writing :D

    I am just getting back to weighing myself. I've gone from 175 to 171. i'd love to get to 161! 10 lbs, I hope I can do that in a month.

    Really just trying to get more fit and maintain my weight -- so my goals are set to half a pound a week! My April 30 GW is really just to see the scale not go UP during the process of increasing my calories and running more. I tend to overeat when I start up my half marathon training :( Last year I gained 8 pounds and that needs to NOT happen again.
