Done! I got up early and got my 20 mins done before breakfast. Think this might be tougher during the week.
Thinking about trying level 2 tomorrow! But we'll see. Good luck with day 3 everyone!

Nice work getting it done so early on a Sunday! I did mine earlier today, too, but still not until 10:00.
I don't think I'm ready for Level 2 yet, but I did notice I'm getting a little stronger on Level 1. I didn't have to put my weights down in the middle of the anterior raise/side lunge move today, and I did twelve push-ups on my toes.
My abs are definitely sore today, too. I felt it the instant I tried to sit up in bed this morning, haha!0 -
Wow you are tough ! i can barely do girl push ups ....i'm seriously lacking in upper body strength.hopefully this workout's gonna help with that.;)0

Did some exercises yesterday but not the full workout. Just finished level one for today. Hitting the beach in a few days so trying to squeeze in as much as I can. Vacation should be pretty active but I will still squeeze in my push ups, crunches, and burpees just for good measure!0

Day 3 complete. My abs were screaming today but other than that it felt pretty good.0
