Dear Out-Fit-ers
Here are some songs to encourage you on your journey. We sung this one today during praise and worship.
Copy and paste the link in your browser. This one is called, "I Won't Go Back" by William McDowell. Let the lyrics speak to you, in your new breakthrough to fight for your temple, head on, by choosing to have accountability to your weight. You are so wise for doing this.

This song is called "He Didn't Have To Love Me" by my music group called, Blessed Union, The Group
We haven't released this yet, but you can take a listen. Listen to the words and let them minister to you on this weight loss journey. The way he wants you to be is appreciative of him and accountable to his word, taking care of your temple and having faith. His grace has saved us from our selves and desires that are not always good choices. We love him for all the things he has done. Lord thank you for protecting us from our own crazy selves and the unwise decisions that you delivered us from. We Bless You right now! You didn't Have to Love Me, but I am so glad you did. I owe you the sacrifice of foregoing my fleshy desires for doing your righteous will, even in what I eat! I must do so in moderation, and in the right portion for the nutrional value and not to fulfill myself.

Powerful, beautiful praises! Isn't it wonderful that God gifts us with the very things we can use to glorify Him. It's like when my little ones wanted money and a ride to get me a Mother's Day gift. He could have anything He desires. He could have angelic praise blasting all of heaven and earth all day and night! But He places a song in us, words of praise in us, harmonies and voices, ideas to fashion musical instruments and sound systems. It is amazing what He supplies just so we can praise His Holy Name. He didn't have to love us!
I hope you have no objections, I'd like to pass these links on to the folks in the Made to Crave/Fit 4 Christ group as we do the 21 day challenge. Today's challenge included commiting to jot a praise to the Lord in the Food Diary Notes, so it fits right in. Also, anyone is welcome to join in at any time!

Sure please pass these songs along. In the text under the video on "He Didn't Have To Love Me", there is a survey listeners can complete. This info will help my group in our futurue writing and releases. We'd love to have the feedback on how to create music that meets the needs of the listeners.0
