This is going to be tough because I already start work at 6am, but I'm going to make it work!
- Mornings - Weight Training (@ home w/ free weights)
- Afternoons - I'm currently "training" for a 5K so I've been going to the gym and getting about 5 miles in
I used to do 2-a-days when I worked a little later, but of course my new job became an excuse to get more sleep.
I know I can do this for at least a week! Then maybe I can make it a habit!0 -

The most effective thing I have done is set my clock for 5 am every morning. I don't need to get up for work until 6:30, so I have an hour and a half of snooze time and workout time. I usually only do 30 minute sessions except for my noon workout which is usually 45 minutes.0 -
I am really excited. Thanks for starting this group. It's great to see I'm not alone in the weightloss game and know that so many out there are trying to work towards a healthier lifestyle too!

I go to gym 4-6 days a week. I split my one hour workouts into 30 min. weights & 30 min. cardio. My friend and I split up days for weights: Mon=biceps, triceps, abs Tues=legs, abs (lunges,etc), Wed=chest,back, shoulder, abs, and so on. The elliptical for cardio is my favorite because it has low impact on my knees and burns of the calories!
I also do Zumba twice a week, which is AMAZING and super fun!0 -

On most days I try to do more than workout to get that high burn. For this challenge I am going to do cardio before work and weight lifting after work, plus some! This time EVERY DAY, lol!!!
My main program has been P90X and I will be in week 5 tomorrow. This is my second time doing it. I will use a lot of Insanity for my morning cardio.0 -

i dont , i used to a couple years ago but ever since i moved in with my boyfriend ive found it hard to wake up early in the mornings ! im determined, though. the best way is to just FORCE yourself out of bed and then itll get easier with time.0 -

I'm so not a morning person. The only exercise I managed to do this morning was repeatedly hitting the snooze button. SOOO, had to make it up at work. Did 30 mintues on the stairs.0

Various DVD's (Jillian Michaels, Biggest Loser, Zumba, The Firm, Walk-Away-The-Pounds, Wii Games (Just Dance, Gold's Gym Cardio Dance, Zumba for Wii). I also enjoy walking and jogging in the evenings. (I also plan to start Supreme 90 next week)

My AM workouts usually consist of DVD's and the evening workouts include walking or using the Wii Games.0 -

--->How you plan to get your 2-A-Day workouts in? I am doing the Jillian Michaels 6 weeks 6 Pack DVD Monday -Friday in the mornings. I will be going to gym in the evenings on Monday and complete other exercises like weight lifting on Monday and Wednesday, on Tuesday I go to Kickboxing class at the gym, Thursdays is 5K walking jogging in the on the gym track or outside at park, Friday will be another day of strength training, Saturday 5K walking and jogging and evening strength training.
I am so excited about this week I just feel great things are going to happen with this body. I am going to give it all I have no excuses from me :bigsmile: . Lets do this!!!!!!0
