Would like to do this with you. I will get 5 miles in tonight. Will post when I'm done. Have to take my son to play ball. This should get my weight dropping. Great challenge.

I'll try, but I don't know if I'll make it. I have several other challenges I have set for myself and don't know if I'll be able to pull that one off as well. Not enought time in the day, but I'll definitely go for it though so i can push myself a little harder. Does a pedometer count for regular walking throughout the day too?

It may be considered cheating because it is not scheduled exercise but all of my miles come from the reading on my pedometer. My pedometer is one of the first things I purchased in the beginning of my weight-loss journey and has become one of my addictions (I guess being addicted to wearing a pedometer is better than being addicted to chocolate). So everybody strap on your pedometers and get walking...... every step counts.

    I'm in!

    Goal: 100 miles

    April 1 - 0
    April 2 - 2.38 miles
    April 3 - 2.47 miles
    April 4 - 3.08 miles

I use an iPhone app called Map My Walk that uses GPS tracking. I just started walking again in mid March. I am pushing to get back into hiking and backpacking. Once the weight comes down my Chiro might clear me to run again.
