Anyone eat it everyday and still lose? I have been eating 2-4 squares of 85% lindt every night.

PIck me!!!!
I do - I find that usually have only one (okay - sometimes two!) of the Hershey's Dark Chocolate nuggets with almonds totally makes me feel like I've had my "chocolate" for the day - and while I know they're not the darkest/best chocolate out there, they usually satisfy me, and I don't feel like I have the urge/craving to pig out on other sweets as much.0 -
And......now I have lindt ads to my right! lol!
Glad I'm not the only one. You've lost quite a bit of weight, so the indulgence def. hasn't hurt you!0 -
I also have 1-2 pieces of dark chocolate most days. I also have tried the Hersheys but now I'll have to try the lindt's dark chocolate.0

I will have 2-3 squares of 72% dark chocolate a few times a week...since it is dark I can't eat but too much and it give a bit of a sweet hit when needed...
By working in little things like dark chocolate I think it helps rather than hinders - because you build it in it doesn't make if feel like you are "cheating" and you can sort of trick yourself into looking forward to something and therefore are less likely to binge...my coworker has a jar of hersey nuggets on her desk and I find it easier to just bypass them knowing I have some dark chocolate at home for later0 -

Definitely not! I also agree with the other poster who mentioned that she's not likely to eat too much of the darker chocolate - I find I'm the same way.
When I was just doing weight watchers though and counting calories, I used to keep the Hershey's milk chocolate toffee nuggets in the house, thinking I would eat just one. Never - ha! I thought they were so good I'd usually polish off half a bag until my sweet craving would finally be satisfied! But with the dark chocolate, I hardly ever feel like that. Maybe around that time of the month, but four of the dark chocolate nuggets is about my limit, so that's worked for me!
Good luck!

I eat a 1/6 of a large bar every night. (sometimes I go back for seconds).
I try not to chew it - rather break a little piece off and let it melt and savor it.
It did not slow my progress down.0 -
I eat about 20 grams (half a serving according to most labels - a couple of squares) almost every single night - I have a few favorites. I do the Lindt 85%, the Godiva Santo Domingo 85%, Valrhona 85%, and my current favorite is Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate 85%.
Hasn't hindered my progress one bit. Long live dark chocolate!!

Love the Chocolate Lovers Bar from Trader Joes!!
It totally helps me not binge. After giving up all the crap, my taste buds have "reset" to really appreciate and be able to savor the chocolate.0 -
Lindt's 85% dark chocolate. I've tried a bunch and I still like this one the best. Sometimes it's breakfast for me. Biting a piece of and then taking a sip of hot black coffee is just yummy!!
The dark chocolate hasn't hurt my weight maintenance.0 -
I LOVE the 88% dark chocolate endanger species brand. Sooo good. What keeps me in check on not eating too much of it is that it's so expensive! But I eat it a few nights a week. Though, I'm trying not to worry about losing weight right now and just focus on being healthy- but I don't think having small amounts of small chocolate regularly will inhibit you from being able to lose. Just doon't over do it! (as with anything)0

^^^ lol... this is totally me too!
My husband laughs, but my new favorite thing is to actually pop a piece of dark chocolate in my mouth right before I hop in the shower in the evenings -
That way while it's melting, the combo of yummy dark chocolate and the hot shower /steam totally are quick-mini-spa-like sensation, and it's my own little "relaxation" moment!
