Hello from Idaho

I had gastric bypass in Nov 2003 when I weighed 260. May 2004 I was down to 160 and found out I was pregnant. I had a healthy baby girl and gained 15lbs and then quickly lost the weight and then some, I kept my weight around 140 for about 6 years and the last few years have gained back up to 165. I had a tummy tuck Nov 2011 and a breast lift Jan 2012. My surgeon wants me to get back to 140 or below before he will talk about my thighs and batwing surgery. I am struggling to lose this weight since I just paid money for my plastic surgery. I love this site and I am new to all of this but wanted to say hello and give you an idea on my journey:) Best wishes to you all!

    Wow, what a journey! Welcome!
  • It has been a great journey!!! I am getting frustrated at the scale not moving. I see a difference body wise and I just started taking up running and different exercises so see difference in body shape and the way clothes fit...just get so discouraged at the darn scale. What do you guys do when you or if you feel this way???

OHHH the scale, that evil little number that doesnt move, and means the world to us, regardless of whether the inches are coming off or not, it just does not matter. I hate it, well I love to hate it.
You can do this, glad you are here and found us, its a great great great group of peeps here, you will love it.
