Just ordered - Question

I ordered via the internet Saturday. It said I would get a confirmation email within 2 hours and I never got one. Is this normal? I really hope something did not go wrong. I am really excited to get started. It did give the confirmation number at the end so I am assuming everything went through okay.

i never got a confirmation e-mail either.....but recieved my package within 5 days or so. just keep your confimation number safe if it doesnt arrive!0

Go to customerstatus.com (this is associated specifically with the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution online sales) Enter your order number and you should be able to see an accurate invoice you can print out.
I chose to do the 4 payments, but my invoice listed it as if I'd been charged the full amount up front. When I called customer service about it, they said it doesn't show the payment breakdown, so don't be surprised if you encounter the same thing. I think their on-line ordering system has some glitches to work out.
By the way - I've finished the first week of the program and I LOVE it so far. I hope you do too!0 -
The email confirmations, charges, and tracking were so messed up when I ordered. The charge would go on and off of my checking account. I never got a confirmation email, etc. it took about 2 weeks to get mine. GL!0
