For week 2, we are going to work on adding some exercise into our daily lives. We challenge you to work out for 30mins 5 days this week. This will be 150mins for the week. Feel free to space out the minutes as needed throughout the week....we are going to be reporting them as xxx/150. You can get your minutes anyway that you wish...bike, walk, run, dvds, volleyball, ect. As long as it is purposeful exercise (ie no routine cleaning or job functions) it counts!!!
Lets make the most of this week....any extra minutes will help you team!!! No excuses!!!

What about if we do hour workouts? I work 30 hours a week, have 2 kids, and go to law school full time and exams are next week, I usually hit 4 Zumba classes a week but this week it will probably only be 2. I will make do but I was just curious! :-)0

This week shouldn't be a problem. A couple of weeks ago I started getting up at 4am to be at the gym at 4:30. I'm doing the C25K (Couch to 5K program), so walking/running for 30 minutes every morning. Saturday I added weights to my routine, so back to the gym at night.0
