Day 2.. 4/2

This morning I did over an hour of various cardio.. kettlebell, walking, elliptical.. and later today i have an aqua aerobics class scheduled.

Yesterday, I set up a spreadsheet.. since I workout w/ a HRM, I wanted to get an idea of what I burn on avg a week, also set up an area for calories consumed and that will average at the end of the week. Pretty basic as I add one number for each day.. total colories eaten, and total minutes exercised; but I hope after a few weeks a pattern will emerge and be able to help me tweak things as I lose.. (or lord forbid gain/plateau)..

    This morning I did the eleptical for 30 mins....I will be doing 1 hour of walking tonight. HAPPY MONDAY EVERYBODY!

    You are al doing great! Today I will be doing 1hr of Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones. Havent done that in a few weeks so I will definitely be feeling the burn tomorrow morning!

    Since I do 2 works most days, I figured I fit right in! I need to get in a 2 mile walk today. I missed it this morning but hope to get it in this afternoon. Wish me luck.

    Today was a great day! This morning did the elliptical to burn approximately 300 calories and then tonight went with a friend to the gym to do a class called Calorie Crusher! It was really fun and I like doing this type of stuff twice a day!

    Barely got in my two workouts today, but finally managed! It is hard when you over-sleep!
