Help!

So I know how many calories to eat after cardio... But on days that I also lift for about 45 minutes (vigorously). How many calories should I be adding to my daily count? I am reading that I actually use more calories during strength training, and am confused...

There is a calculation in the book for how many calories you should eat on your lifting days... There was also a link to an excel sheet that had the calculations all set up so all you had to do was input your height, weight and age and it did the math for you. Not sure where the link is exactly, but I know its floating around this board somewhere!

(Sorry - I know that wasn't much help!)

Okay... When I click on the link, it goes to a page not found on the server...

Hmmm - the link worked for me... but either way - here is the link to the spreadsheet:

  • Thanks for the link to the spreadsheet! The link to the page worked for me; however, when I click "download spreadsheet", it takes me to a blank page that says "Sorry, no posts matched your criteria." There is nowhere to put in a login/password. I don't mean to high jack the thread, but I just started NROL4W and need all the help I can get. Is anyone else having these same issues with the spreadsheet?
