No change this week. I just joined this challenge last week knowing that I needed to get back on track. So, I am not surprised by my week 1 numbers. But, week 2 promises to be much better!!0 -

I'm really, struggling with this last poundage. I found that I still have too much sodium and sugar in my diet just hiding in foods I didn't think would have that!!! Sneaky buggers!! Plus TOM is interfering too. At least I hope that's why the setback.

I'm glad you're not losing motivation! I know exactly how hard this can be sometimes, and I have been where you are. If it's coming off slowly, it's still coming off, the point is that you keep putting in the effort, and you WILL reach your goals, when it's meant to happen. This isn't a 9 week long journey, it's a lifelong journey, so slow and steady is GREAT! Keep up all the good work!0 -
