I'm going to start with a link to the online workouts with Denise Austin.
For 15 minute workouts, including strength training/toning go here:

Great! I'm going to check them out. I'm not sure about a link, but I followed the Tools up here and went to the Fitbit site. I bought me one of those Fitbit gadgets (cute and tiny but spendy ~ $99.00) but I love, love, love it! It measures my walking, stairs, miles walked, calories burned, even a sleep monitor all with graphs. Also, it coordinates with My fitness pal so when I input my food & exercise etc. on MFP, it goes on the Fitbit site and they work together. The only problem is that it's two websites to go to, but I'm so enthralled with it that I don't mind. I've had it for several weeks and feel weird if I'm not using it. Anyhow, just thought I share my experience with it. Debi0

I bought the fitbit too, and I love it. I didn't take it with me on my business trip last week and felt lost without it. Such a great tool to keep you on track with how active you are during the day. Love making my little flower grow.0
