Day 4: Keep Moving

Morning everyone. Sorry I am a day late again. Long day yesterday, but very productive and active. I browsed the mall yesterday - I really think that should be an exercise! And then I went bowling with my girlfriends. So I was not stationary yesterday. Every little bit counts. Every movement. To not take things for granted. Who knew that bowling would count towards my exercise?! It puts things in perspective for me. Today I plan to walk/run again with my friends.

My food and water intake is better this week. Still a working progress.

We should all weigh-in every Sunday of this month or at least post results by Sunday.

    Good morning. sunday is good for me. not working out yet, just had shot in my back. Will start on monday. eating healthy and light moving so far. everyone good luck. have a great day!:smile:

    I weigh myself on a Sat morning.
    SW: 199
    CW: 196

    Loss for April so far: 3lbs.

    Think trying to do 60mins exercise a day really helped this week.
