    It's not about how much, but about it being fun, creative, beneficial in whatever way the means to you. Good job getting any exercise in. Try to make excercise fun.

    This may not be very creative but I started off my morning walking and jogging in place for 20 minutes. Now I'm at work and about to go for my mid-morning walk. Have a great day everybody!

    It's creative in that you got out and did it!! Believe me there will be more days in the gym for me then otherwise. But hopefully we can inspire one another to just get moving and living more. Have a beautiful day.
