I moved up to medium workout low intensity on Zumba Wii. Burned a lot more calories. Still having fun! Can't wait until I get my Fitbit so I can know for sure how many calories!
Workout 4/15
Today was my last day of The Butt Bible. L3D8 (upper body), 301 cals in 41 mins. I might actually miss it! Tomorrow I'm starting another ExerciseTV program called Lose Weight in 8. I think it's kind of like a mini P90X. I don't know what I'm gonna do with myself having 3 rest days in the first 2 weeks!

Did Zumba for Wii again. I like it because it reminds of my skinny days in the dance clubs in the early 90's.

Hi all. I will not be on for the rest of the weekend. Today I am going on a tour to find painted turtles at our waterfront. It is approx 5 miles. Not surei will make all 5 due to the ankle....we will see. Wish me luck and I will see what you have been up to on Mon. Stay with it folks.

Post for 4/5 Morning all. Let's try to find fun, creative ways to get some excercise in that you normally don't do. Like volunteer work e.g. Park clean up, food bank, beach clean up...whatever strikes your fancy or your imagination. Workout with your children, nieces nephews, grandchildren...this will foster closer bonds…
May/June 2012 Workout Challenge
Hello Everyone! I wanted to start a work out challenge starting next month, it's called 100 Miles in 60 Days, starting May 1st, 2012! You can earn these miles by walking, running, elliptical, steps, cross ramp machines, swimming, or biking can also be done! So who is up for the challenge????
