Workout 4/15

Today was my last day of The Butt Bible. L3D8 (upper body), 301 cals in 41 mins. I might actually miss it! Tomorrow I'm starting another ExerciseTV program called Lose Weight in 8. I think it's kind of like a mini P90X. I don't know what I'm gonna do with myself having 3 rest days in the first 2 weeks!
