Hi all. I will not be on for the rest of the weekend. Today I am going on a tour to find painted turtles at our waterfront. It is approx 5 miles. Not surei will make all 5 due to the ankle....we will see. Wish me luck and I will see what you have been up to on Mon.

    good luck finding those painted turtles! Hey, if you don't find any do you get to paint some non-painted turtles and count them? ;))

    On schedule for me today is a massive amount of yardwork. We live on a hillside, so everything is done on a 30-degree (or steeper) slope. Last weekend I burned about 900 cals in 3 hours. Then I was HUNGRY!!

    I can't remember my calorie burn, but Saturday I did The Butt Bible L3D4, upper body. I'm catching up from the weekend since I don't normally get online on weekends.
