Diet with Body Revolution

Hello! I started body revolution on Tuesday and I am hoping to lose a little weight (about 20 pounds) before my June 22nd wedding. I have been following the plan, but the scale won't seem to budge. Im going to try and base my diet on fruits, veggies and lean meats. How is everyones progress going for those who are more than 3 days in and are you following the diet plan? or just trying to stay around 1200 while doing MFP?? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.:wink:

    Hey! Congrats on choosing to begin the revolution. I have lost a little over 13 lbs so far and I am in my first week of phase 2. I wouldn't expect results after a couple of days, you'll get discouraged. Are you following the kickstart plan? That was the best week for me weight loss wise so far. I followed the diet plan to a t that first week. Now j use some of those recipes and some of my own but stay wihin my calories count. Make sure you drink plenty of water too. Good luck!
