I do feel 40 and fabulous! 40 has been good to me and I feel it's only going to get better. Losing weight and getting fit is one of my goals. I know it won't happen over night....the weight didn't come on over night.....it's going to take a lot of hard work, will power, and support from great groups like this. I accept the challenge and am ready to go!!

I'm with you! I am so ready to be healthy. Feel free to add me as a friend. I've just started this journey myself and I know it will be easier with support. We can do this

    Hi,
Been 40 a month now & it's not as bad as I thought!!!
Feeling positive & MFP is just what I needed!
I lost weight through SW but then put half of it back on when I went solo :0(
Having the app in my pocket helps me resist cheating. I've still got a stone to loose but I'm determined to get there this year :0)
    Good Luck to all.

    Hi,

Me, too (re being 40 for a month!).

Just had a look at your calorie intake. Are you losing weight or is it plateauing? I found out that I was plateauing at around this value. I'm trying to eat closer to 2000 calories to see what happens. I want to get to single digit bodyfat.
