...again. Before I started, I figured I'd be working out before work, but I've only managed that once! And when I do it at night, the last thing I want to do is set my alarm for 45 minutes early and do it again as soon as I wake up. :P It's been alright at night, though -- I don't have trouble sleeping right after I work out, unlike a lot of people. And on that note, I'm off to bed!

Did my workout at 10pm last night, I dont seem to have trouble sleeping if I exercise late either, looking forward to starting level 2 my knee didnt twinge at all last night. Did all the higher options except press ups!0
