    431 i managd this week ladies. :) and a 2.5 lbs loss.
    i ahd to weigh sunday as im in work tonight and not home until monday afterbnoon so wont b able to weigh but woop woop on the loss. we are defo going to win the challenge tjhis week the numbers are big :)

    I'm impressed with all these big numbers. I got 175 minutes in this week. I got more on the job but I don't count those as extras. I wanted to get more in today but the gym was closed for Easter. Probably just as well as I'm not feeling very well today. Can't wait to see tomorrow how the Green Team did!
