I'm going to be out and about a lot this weekend, so I thought I would set this thread up a couple days early so I don't get behind! Week 2 guys and gals, let's see how you're doing! Stick with it, 7 more weeks until Memorial Day!

    I'm not looking forward to this week's weigh-in. I had a little too much bar food when I went out for a friend's birthday. I'm going to try my best (fingers crossed) to watch my plate at Easter dinner.

    Great job on a fantastic first week everyone! As a group we lost 117.7 lbs!!! That is so amazing! We lost an entire person! Let's go get week 2! I want to try to see if we can break 100 lbs again!!

    Difference so far: 4 lbs ( 2.5 lbs. this week!)

    Not sure why I'm losing so quickly, but I'll take it! Since much of my exercise is walking, if we hit a rainy week between now and Memorial Day this will make up for what I don't lose then. ( I have my calories set to lose 1 pound per week, and I eat back all but 100-200 of my exercise calories)

    I stayed the same at 190. Although Sat. morning when I jumped on the scale for a spot check I was down 1.6. I'm going to contribute yesterday's deliciously salty ham and fixins to the gain this morning. :tongue:

    I plan on drinking lots of water to flush the extra sodium out today and I'm sure next week will show a loss.

    Great job to all those who lost, and for those who didn't...hang in there! We can all do this.

    Difference -1.6 lbs I was down even more Friday (to 176.8) but then Easter weekend...haha. But I'm happy with losing 1.6 lbs over a holiday weekend! Honestly I'm just happy I didn't gain any weight after the weekend of parties haha.

    Memorial Day Goal 165

    I've got 13 lbs and 7 weeks left to hit my Memorial Day goal! We can do this guys!

    Horrible week! The weekend totally got me; no weightloss. I am back on strong today and look forward to next week's.

    So. I have gained a little weight over the last 4 months...it actually bounced all around...but consistently I am stuck at 169 apparently. Today I finally had to admit it and put it down as my weight on here. New goal for Memorial Day is 155, 14 lbs from where I am right now. I have a new plan and part of that means getting back on track again.

    I'm going to punch someone in the face.

    And by "someone", I mean me. Before the weekend I was at my goal for this week. But I caved, gave in to my Salty Temptress: seeds. I'm assuming I'm carrying some salt weight right now. I'm great during the week while at work. THEN I didn't work out this weekend or yesterday on my day off... ARRRGH!!

    Loss of .6. Not a great week, but a loss is a loss and I will take it. This week my goal is to up my water intake, and incorporate weight training into my workouts- I took it out last week.
