Haven't Lost anything yet! So frustrated! I've been working out everyday and drinking tons of water, most days I'm well under my calorie goal. I really hope I'm gaining muscle and loosing fat...
Make sure you are eating enough. I know it's counter-intuitive but especially if you are working out that frequently, be careful not to eat too little. I have found out over time that 1200 calories does NOT work for me. I have to eat more to lose weight. I usually eat about 1400 on a non-work out day and 1600 on a workout day. Sometimes I don't eat that much, but when I have a couple weeks where I don't lose any I'll take a couple days and go over my calorie goals, and it usually helps me break through a plateau. Just make sure you're being honest with yourself about it and not saying "well I was under my goals all week" when you were not tracking everything religiously. It's a balancing act to find what your body needs/wants. Everybody's different.0 -

Great job on a fantastic first week everyone! As a group we lost 117.7 lbs!!! That is so amazing! We lost an entire person! Let's go get week 2! I want to try to see if we can break 100 lbs again!!
