Not a good week, I hurt my knee and I've been resting it for two days, so pretty much immobile for two days. That was depressing! Still don't know when I will start working out again. I don't want to take any chances with my knee and make it worse. Then with it being Easter yesterday and I have a major sugar addiction + being depressed because I couldn't work out + TOM = 5 lb. weight gain! Sorry red team...I really let you down this week.:frown:0 -

angieband cwilliams - cut yourselves some slack - we all have hard weeks for various reasons - TOM always adds lbs and you both are real exercise people so being out of action is bound to take its toll, but can't be helped ...there are 12 weeks in it - don't feel bad. I am sure I will all need slack at some point too0
