                    As always... here is a new thread for the year - to Track that Burn!!
It's April... first month of the next quarter... fourth month of the year... What's your goal burn for April - and then start tracking!
Personally... my March was a bit lower than January and February - so I am hoping to get back on track and get in 2500 minutes of purposeful exercise and 25,000 calories burned with purposeful exercise! Training for a Dirty Dash 5K in July now that I have climbed the volcano in March... Here's to a good month everyone!

            Thanks for the new thread. I have been plugging along and feeling pretty good about how much exercise I am getting in. I set a goal for myself to complete a triathalon this summer (either June or August) so i am going to have to step up the training. I am still over 200 pounds and a 54 year old female. I have never done anything so ambitious before so this is big. Hopefully this challenge will keep me going.
