Happy Easter to everyone celebrating today. I started off at the gym this am and was able to get 1.6 miles in along with some weight training. I know I will need a little wiggle room for Sunday dinner after Mass today. I was feeling a bit down today since I only loss one pound this past week even though I have been regularly working out. I think I have to give things a chance to balance out. Good luck to everyone this week!

I have been stuck in that same rut. I have been working out but only losing less then a pound every week. I am going to just take a deep breath, know that what I am doing is good for me and my body, and let things balance out.0
