Sorry not such good numbers Black team. I am still working double shifts and only geting if I am lucky 4 hours sleep most days because I am only off work 8 hours at a time with a 1 hour comute each way. I have the same schedule until 4/19 so hopefully soon I will do better. luckily I have been able to walk at work on my lunch breaks this past week. I normally dont get breaks but have 2 this week so lets see if I can fit in a workout on the others days.0
