So last week we talked about a weekly challenge. Let's do it!
This week's goal: Log 90 minutes of exercise for the week! Get in your minutes however you like! Let us know your total weekly exercise minutes on Sunday and we'll tally up just how much hard work our little group put in this week. Maybe later we'll go challenge a 20 something group! ;-)
Also, I would love to keep a "top ten list" of the people who have logged in the most consistently. What is your current streak? I saw some big numbers in my feed this morning! Don't worry if you are new and "behind" the mighty will eventually miss a day.

90 minutes sounds like a plan to me! I had a great number going and then completely forgot one day and I think I am back at 15days in a row... woo hoo! lol0

I am at 35 days logged in (that's when I started). I am doing the Zombie challenge but my exercise time can count for both. I'm in!0

I'm 80 days on the logging. I'm a bit obsessive about it actually :ohwell:
I'm going to go for 90 minutes over my NROLFW since I do three of those a week and they take me about 45 minutes each, but I will tally it all at week end.

I'm at 37 days logged so far and today I did 35 minutes of cardio first workout after a 13 day break after having 2 surgeries 13 days ago.0

I got in an additional 20 min walk pushing my son tonight Then 25 minutes of lifting. Are we counting strength training?0

I'm at 53 days in a row for logging in!
I was going to exercise today, but I didn't really have an appetite today and didn't even come close to my calorie limit. This is really weird for me....Just don't feel like eating that much today, So, I figured since I didn't eat all that much, I'll work out tomorrow.
I usually work out for 45-60 minutes every work out... I'll see how hard I can bring it 5 days this week!0 -

I did 55 minutes of exercise today and 35 yesterday so I hit my 90 this morning. Not too shabby after taking a 13 day break from the gym due to surgery restrictions. I still can not lift or do weights for another 2 weeks but I am going to get the cardio in each day0

30 minute strength training yesterday and 30 minute run today. Got my 90 in for the week after today. But I won't stop there!0

I'm only at about six or seven days, I think. But I've been getting at least 40 mins of exercise (Insanity) a day in that time.0 -
I did 32 min of cardio this morning, mostly running. Not sure if I will lift tonight, I'm feeling lousy, sneezing a lot and all congested.0

psycho lady was in rare form today - *love* her class! and i think i'm going to go over my tap routines a bit later (if my legs return from their current jelly state, that is), so that will be a bit more activity in.
how's your water going? i'm only at 4 servings so far, but i'm shooting for 10 today.

41 minutes of cardio during my lunch break, my total is now 179 minutes. I started out running, but had to stop for a wicked stitch in my side and walked the rest
Lifting tonight, likely another 25 minutes.0 -
Including my walk to work every day which is a 40 minute round trip i'm looking at 410 minutes so far this week and will hopefully get another 50 minutes in tomorrow if i drag myself out of bed in time to get to the gym :-)0
