I was part of the last Biggest Loser Challenge and found it kept me accountable and helped me stay on track. Ever since the Biggest Loser Challenge ended I have been doing very well during the week but gained on weekend and while on vacation. I'm up again from my last weight in on Thursday. My goal for the Getting Ready for Summer Challenge is to Stay on Track even on the Weekends.
Starting Weight: 172.2
Goal Weight: 165
Good luck everyone!

Hiya ladies!
I love the BL challenge, however I was stuck on a plateau FOREVER and seem to be still there. I have dropped in inches so the scale and I kinda are seeing other people. I am not as attached to it as before, never weighed myself till January of this year and then got obsessed:P I love the fact I just need to weigh in once a week:) Good luck everyone!!

I know 10 pounds is a little in comparison to alot of people, but I know my body. It's just difficult to drop pounds. I might post inches so you guys can see progress that way:P Fingers crossed I get off this plateau!!!!0 -
Hey eveeryone!!!! I was in the biggest loser challenge and actually lost 16 pounds. I found that it was just what I needed to get back on track after the holiday season. I have been stuck at the same weight for about 1 1/2 months now so my goal for this challenge is to get over this hill and start losing again. I think someone else said it....but.....I do sooo good throughout the entire week and the days that I am home all day I eat like there is no tomorrow and usually gain back the weight I lost during the week. I have not really been exercising at all so another goal with this challenge is to get my lazy butt up and start exercising.
Starting Weight: 153
Goal Weight: 138

I have a starting weight of 155.2. Since I made my goal last time I'm going to make it a higher goal. So I want to lose 20lbs and be at my goal weight of 135lbs.0

Starting Weight: 143.8
Goal Weight: 135
I'm hoping to lose about 0.8lb/week
I went on a 2 week vacation shortly after BL challenge ended. I ate horribly, ate out multiple meals every single day, exercised as much as I could to compensate for my extra calorie intake, but I still ended up gaining 4 lbs over that time period. When I finally came back home, I was able to lose those pounds again, and now I am exactly where I was when BL challenge ended. I hope I can keep up with the GRFS challenge because I've got a major life change coming up in less than a month. I'm moving across country and changing from being a full time employee to a full time student. Either way I'll be thrilled if I can even get down to the 130's again0 -
My name is Alsison (real name Alison).
I started 2012 at 180 lbs. I did great at the beginning of The Biggest Loser challenge losing almost 20 pounds, but then ended up gaining some of it back...
I am now starting at 170 lbs and hoping to learn from my mistakes, move on and keep losing. The group was a huge motivator for me and I cannot wait to get started again.
Cheers Everyone!!:flowerforyou:

I really enjoyed being part of the BL Challenge from January! It was my first experience with a group like this so I didnt know if I would like it, but I do. I did not reach my goal by the end of the 12-weeks challenge, but I also lost more inches than pounds so that was a good thing. For this GRFS challenge I am hoping to break thru my plateau and FINALLY get back into the 140's, but just as important is to keep on track with working out and staying motivated. I have more inches lost goals than basic weight loss goals, so maybe we'll find a way ( or a weigh?) to work those in as well.0 -
Hi everyone! I'm Diane & I am looking forward to staying motivated with this challenge. I am now 176 so I've gained a pound over the past week. Easter eating was not good. But, I'm back this week & looking forward to getting back on track.
Hope everyone has a great week!0 -

LOL about you and the scale "kinda seeing other people"! I can relate to the fickly nature of my scale too. My status and goals are very similar to yours, losing inches and stuck on a plateu. Good to know you and have you as a teammate--10 lbs is not a lot, but those last pounds seem to be a lot stickier than when I had more to lose.0 -

I was part of the BL Challenge as well which I felt really helped keep me accountable. I also ended up losing 10.4 pounds and keep them off as well. My goal of course was lower but I will shoot for that one now. I would really like to get to one-derland but if I can get to 200 I will be very happy. I know keeping up with my bootcamp routines will really help as well. Good Luck to everyone!0
