Have any of you every eaten so much to the point that your body aches?
I've been eating EVERYTHING in my path for the last few days and I've been hurting the last couple of days, particularly my ribs and right below my chest. It hurts the most right in the middle of my abdomen and the kind of pain is soreness, as if I had an extra intense ab workout. It also hurts when I laugh.
Don't get me wrong, it's not debilitating or unbearable but I'm just totally puzzled and since this isn't the first time I notice this and the binge eating is the only thing that comes to mind as a common denominator, I figured I'd ask.
Any insight?
Edit: I forgot to mention that my arms hurt a bit too and that my legs are getting tired very quickly and aren't recovering even after resting.

I have sadly gone to bed after a binge and thought I'd have to call the hospital to get my stomach pumped. I would be up all night in physical pain from the bloating. I would be so gassy (sorry, tmi??) and wouldn't be able to move until hours after I woke up.
It's a horrible feeling and that is why I want to stop the bad habit for good!0 -
yes, definitely. i binge almost every night and either right after that or the morning after, my body is so sore and my muscles hurt. my arms (where the biceps and triceps are) hurt too! i am going to a counselor today and maybe go into out patient. i had anorexia and now I'm a binge eater. never diagnosed but i am. hopefully, binge eating will stop for both of us, an we will be pain free! good luck0

I know the pain, its like your mid section is expanding but hteres no room! I get that when i binge, when i go to bed im uncomfortable in every position, and sometimes its hard to breathe. This mornning when i woke up i was short of beath and i felt like i hadnt digested all of the food i ate last night.
I hate that feeling. Its sick that i cannot tell when im eating that its enough! I still want to eat to ease this pain. Its a hard situation0
