    Happy Easter!! Hope you all have a wonderful day. I actually lost some weight since yesterday and I'm feeling so good about it. I really needed to see that loss.

    Yes... Sunday is a rest day. And you can put it on the spreadsheet or I can do it if you're not sire where to put it...

    According to the group description, weigh-ins are on Sunday. Did things change and how were we notified? I was surprised to see your message at the beginning of this thread that yesterday was weigh-in.

    I too lost some weight this past week... Im really a bit surprised, I dont feel like I did much to earn that... LOL but I will take it !!
    The exercises are hard for me and Im not taking credit for not being able to do many of them, just too hard with all the hardware in my back right now so just sticking primarily to my walking and building that up... I still need to try to drink more water too, it really makes me feel fuller between meals...

    Boo! My weight went up by 4 lbs. 227.8 I already posted it on the spreadsheet.

    When you say "rest" day, does that mean rest from tracking our food intake too 'cause that's what I did. LOL!!!

    Me too YaYa. :( We can get through it. I'm trying to forgive myself for a holiday-filled weekend of rich food and not enough water or exercise (or ANY exercise).

    Good evening! I'm so feeling my "non-exercise day" yesterday. I played outside weeding and weedeating and shoveling and raking and all that fun outside stuff. Next weekend is mulching all the flower beds and around the trees. Yippee!

    Just a side note. I had a NSV today. I flexed my arm muscles and I could feel a little something that didn't jiggle!!!

    I am having a hard time tracking my steps thru out the day as I have misplaced my pedometer but I have a fitbit on the way so hopefully I will be able to track my walking soon for the challenge. Great job so far everyone!

    Just wanted to let everybody know that because several people have asked - we've decided that you can now "make up" any exercise challenges that you miss from the previous week.

    Just be sure to go back and update the spreadsheet once you make up those challenges! This will be good for those of us who travel on the weekends, or have crazy hectic weekends and cannot get to the challenges until a few days later. Just know that you will only be able to go back 1 week when doing "make ups"!

    Let me know if you have any questions.
