Sorry about the gain black team, between TOM and to much Easter brunch and dinner. But I would guess it is a lot of sodium so with a lot of water and exercise the next weigh in should be way better. Although this week is my birthday so I will be having a good lunch and cake on Thursday. Field trip with my daughter on Friday will probably make that up though!! I will keep my fingers crossed!!0
