Finally got rid of all my larger clothes last night!!! WHOOT

So last night i finally got rid of all my larger clothes that were sitting in the bottom of my closet. I had 2 large trash bags full of clothes that i cant wear anymore... I was so excited to get rid of them. I know the person i gave them to is trying to lose weight as well but she needed some clothes to fit into in the mean time. I didnt think it would feel this good to get rid of my larger clothes !!! OMG but it sure does feel amazing knowing i will NEVER fit into those clothes again for the rest of my life!

Isn't it a great feeling?!?! I haven't lost a ton yet, but I got rid of a ton about a month after I had surgery, it was an odd realization that those things would never fit me again.0

I just went to Goodwill last Friday and bought some new tops and a pair of jeans. I wore the jeans on Sunday and they were too big in the waist. Started cleaning out my too big clothes also. We stopped by a different Goodwill today and I found two more pairs of jeans and one of them was a brand new pair. Also one was a size smaller.0

I believe purging your closet is symbolic of this journey. Purging your life of the old stuff and bringing in the new. It is a wonderful feeling!0
