I have asked Robyn if she could please share a moment with us talking about how she was able to reach her goal and WIN in the BL Challenge. She has kindly accepted to share her experience, ideas, tips etc with us. I am SOOOO happy that Robyn will be joining us again on the GRFS Challenge!!!! Robyn, YOU are a true INSPIRATION to us all!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

    Hello Everyone!!!!

    Not really much to tell, but here we go!!! Around Christmas 2011 I decided I was going to make my New Years resolution to lose weight (This was an every year thing lol). I had used MFP before so I started back up and found the BL challenge. I love BL so I thought it would be fun. Anyway I really got this weight off by just watching my calorie intake and I signed up for my first 5k (which is actually next Sunday). I started the couch to 5k program (app on phone). I found that I really love to run and I plan on running my first half marathon early next spring. Really I only have a couple of tips, make exercise a priority and make sure its something you enjoy doing. Next dont beat yourself up over one bad food day, it didnt take just one to get us here, Thanks for letting me share with you! If you have any questions just ask!!!!

    Thanks so much for sharing Robyn! You did an amazing job. Regarding your diet, is it strictly calorie control? or are you also watching your carb / fat intake?
