    Slightly depressed... been exercising and eating decent... extra water..... so i should feel good right??? Well I feel very bloated... Stepped on the scale this morning just to see and I am up two pounds! :sad: :frown: :grumble:

    So I just got my fitbit yesterday and wore it today and I am wondering....Do I log in my steps or miles that I do all day long into my walking challenge or do I have do to it seperate from what I do during the day? Thanks!

    Howdy! I just notice after I was looking through all of these different links, that I was supposed to be listing my exercises as calisthenics. I've been putting them down as strength training. Hope this is okay.

    I didn't know there was a difference. I checked the database and it is only a few calories more for the callisthenics. On my workout DVD's they list strength training when I use strtchy bands or weights. I don't know if that helps.

    Today was terrible!! Stupid TOM!! I made some bad food choices today....but I ate it...owned it....logged it and now I am moving on! I hope everyone else had a better day than I did!
