Here are my starting points. I took before pictures, but I am not brave enough to post them yet.

Hello all! I just finished my first 30DS workout. I was worried when I had to take breaks during the warm up!! But it actually wasn't too bad. I was definately dripping sweat though! So..we'll see how it goes tomorrow. I'll definately be sore!!
I did take before pictures, but I think I'm going to wait to post them until after it's all done. Not sure I'm ready for that yet. BUT...my measurements are:

Waist: 41" (Ugh...I remember having a 27" waist in HS!!)

Hey everyone
I just started Level 1 day 1 today. I'm going on a trip on April 30th so I'll only be doing the 30DS from April 5-29.. So I guess a 25 day shred. I'm also going to run 3-4 times a week too (C25k). I'm really hoping to see results. Good luck everyone!!
