Hey everyone
I just started Level 1 day 1 today. I'm going on a trip on April 30th so I'll only be doing the 30DS from April 5-29.. So I guess a 25 day shred. I'm also going to run 3-4 times a week too (C25k). I'm really hoping to see results. Good luck everyone!!

I don't know my measurement really but I know I'm starting out at 118-119 it fluctuates on a day to day basis. I would like to lose 10 pounds, but I'm not sure if since I have been exercising for the past two years if it will help me at all. Did anybody else have this problem? Did it work?0
