when I got married 4 years ago I was running 25+ miles per week and I weighed 123 lbs. I have had 3 kids and even though I started exercising again in January, I'm not nearly doing it as intensely as before. My body is so different! When I get to 130 I will evaluate my GW.0 -

a few weeks back I got down to 132..the closest I have been to 125 since I had my last son, 19 months ago.
busy mom of three who just needs a swift kick in the rear every now and then.0 -
I'm not 100 percent sure, but I believe I weigh about 112lbs. That doesn't sound like a lot, but because I'm petite in stature, loosing 10 lbs would be good. I have had this goal 4 ever!!! I was so good until Easter, but yesterday I just fell off the wagon like nobody's business! I punished by self by eating 3 snicker bars, 2 bowls of icecream and tons of cookies!!!! You can just imagin my remorse today :_((- I feel horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But today is another day. So far I've started it on a right note. I should have excersised today, but just felt too blue. Maybe tomorrow:-) hope everyone's having a great day!!0
